Lipstadt is the Dorot Professor of Modern Jewish and Holocaust Studies at Emory University in Atlanta where she directs the Institute for Jewish Studies. She is the author of several books including her most recent, The Eichmann Trial (Nextbook/Schoken, 2011), which chronicles the trial of Nazi war criminal Adolf Eichmann.

Dr. Lipstadt spent an extra day on campus, thanks to the sponsorship of the Reading Bar Association, conversing with groups of students and faculty and visiting classes.
