Under the inspiring leadership of Shari Gleason-Mayrhofer, Executive Director of the Friends of Chamber Music of Reading, Pennsylvania, the FOCM and Kutztown University hosted their third annual Chamber Music with Friends workshop just yesterday, bringing together more than 50 talented high school musicians, the Stoller String Quartet, and Kutztown faculty and students for a day of rehearsal, expert coaching, a noontime concert, and final performances. A large group of proud parents came for the 3PM concert, and we thank them for their support. The FOCM can be proud of fostering the past, present, and FUTURE of chamber music in Reading and beyond.
