One of the many meaningful moments of Empowering Albright Voices was a Faculty Workshop led by Patrice Rankine of the University of Chicago. He invited the 40-some faculty attending each to tell the story of how they came to teach in their field. The stories they told were frank, amusing, and revealingly honest, forming what Dr. Rankine has called a Patchwork Epiphany.
