A record number of entrants helped the word become flesh (and frosting and pretzels and marshmallows and graham crackers) in this year's edition of the Gingrich Library's annual Edible Books competition. Many of the entries, including top prizewinners, were created by Freshmen in Jim Gafney's English 102 class. Congratulations to everyone for the creativity to Heidi Ziemer for staging such a delightful event!
