No surprise to find Cocol cooking, but a delight to have her sharing history, humor, technique, and delicious food with an in-person and video audience as part of Albright's Empowering Albright Voices Day. Cocol very much enjoyed engaging with the students and collaborating with A J Merlino, and with Brooke, Mike, and their colleagues on the Dining Hall staff.
