Dr. Evelyn Farkas, Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council and former deputy assistant secretary of defense, presented the 39th annual Leo Camp Memorial Lecture, and issued a clear warning that Americans must support the United Nations and the other international organizations and treaties that have maintained world order since the end of WWII, as our best hope of countering Russian adventures and Chinese economic growth.
