Here are a few shots from the 25th anniversary celebration of the Center for Excellence in Local Government at Albright College, a consortium dedicated to the development of expertise and cooperation at every level of local government in Berks County. Dr. Terry Madonna, Professor of Political Science at F&M, and Pennsylvania's premier political pollster, gave the keynote address to 275 attendees, representing every city, township, borough, village, and water authority in the County.
